Lateral patellar dislocation
ateral displacement followed by dislocation of patella due to disruptive changes to the medial patellar retinaculum. This is a 14 year old patient with history of fall.
- Laterally subluxated patella with altered signal intensity in relation to the patellar insertion of the medial retinaculum along with osteochondral defect in the medial patellar facet.
- Bone bruise in the lateral femoral condyle.
- Joint Effusion
These findings are sequel to lateral patellar dislocation sequel.
