Subacromial Enthesopthyte


AP radiograph of the shoulder demonstrate an acromial enthesophyte  with hypertrophic changes involving the greater tuberosity of humerus and acromioclavicular joint. These findings are suggestive of impingement syndrome in this patient with shoulder pain.
