Pedunculated Cervical Fibroid Polyp

Large polypoidal endoluminal lesion is seen in cervix with fluid in cervical cavity surrounding the lesion and this lesion appears to have extension from the endometrial cavity-pedunculated polypoidal lesion possibly  fibroid.
