We have r...Sir,<br />I am a student preparing for PGMEE.<br />We have read that:<br />Diameter of descending right pulmonary artery >16mm for males and >15mm for females denotes pulmonary hypertension.. (ques asked in AI2006 and AI2011)<br /><br />Here this post says "The upper limit of normal for the diameter of the pulmonary artery is 28.6 mm."..<br /><br />Is the word "MAIN" pulmonary artery reason for this 29mm as the reference value here??Dr.Ayush Goelnoreply@blogger.com
