Perirenal Liposarcoma-CT
Hypertrophy of the left perinephric fat along with evidence of soft tissue stranding and septation in the perinephric fat. Panctratic tail appeas anteriorly displaced by the lesion. These findings are suspicious of fat containing retroperitoneal mitotic lesion in perinephric fat-possible perirenal liposarcoma.
