Suspected Prostatic Malignancy:CT

Findings: Soft tissue thickening involving the posterolateral aspect of the prostate with obliteration of the planes with the right seminal vescile which appears bulky along with thickening of the levator ani and perirectal fascia.  These findings particular in view of age of patient, may indicate mitotic etiology. Prostatic origin with contigous spread as described is possible.  MRI pelvis  & PSA levels are advisable along with clinical correlation.
