Penumbra of subacute osteomyelitis:
- Green arrow: Hypodensity = core of abscess
- Yellow arrow: Iso or relatively hyperdense area = granulation tissue
- Red arrow: Hypodensity = sclerosis of bone to limit the infection
- Blue arrow: Outer hypodensity = edema around
