Saphenous Nerve Neurofibroma-Presenting as medial thigh Pain
24 year old male presented with medial thigh pain and swelling and shows evidence of elongated tandem lesions
along the medial aspect of thigh in the adductor canal extending inferiorly
till the medial aspect of medial femoral condyle at the knee joint with three
areas of relative swelling and nodular enlargement in the superior/mid and
inferior part. These lesions appears isointense on T1 weighted images and
hyperintense on T2 & STIR images. Differential diagnosis includes multiple
neurofibromas in medial thigh along the saphenous nerve. Clinical and
histopathological correlation suggested.
