Adductor Strain-MRI

This is a professional player with evidence of intrasubstance signal alteration in the belly of the adductor longus consistent with adductor strain/intrasubstance tear extending till the medial surface of the muscle.   Common aponeurosis appears normal. There is not much edema in the rest of muscle. No significant atrophy.   No marrow edema/osseous abnormality.
